Jill is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, UESCA Ultrarunning Coach, CF-L1 Trainer, and Precision Nutrition 1 Coach. She has been an athlete her whole life whether it has been playing field hockey, basketball, or eventually running.
After receiving her B.S. in Recreation Management with a focus in Fitness Management at Lock Haven University in Pennsylvania, Jill moved to St. Petersburg Florida. Here, she worked outside coaching Bootcamps in the parks to eventually being a Manager of a Corporate Fitness center where she trained employees of a company.
In 2016, Jill unexpectedly lost her mom. Her life was flipped upside down. This is when she decided to join a CrossFit gym. This CrossFit gym helped saved her life. She was surrounded by an amazing community and she became mentally and physically stronger.
In 2021, Jill moved to Nashville where she completed her first marathon! Not knowing a single soul in Nashville, she signed up for the race the day before because she wanted to try something new. Little did she know she was going to earn herself a Boston Qualifier on her first marathon!
In 2022, Jill started working at Pro Vita. She has coached people of all backgrounds whom all work towards a variety of different goals. She has a passion for running and strength training and loves combining those two for hybrid athletes.
