Pro Vita’s Small Group Strength & Conditioning Training classes are designed to help you develop and fine tune your muscular and cardiovascular strength and endurance. From the warm up to the final rep, the programming emphasizes activation, mobility, stability and injury prevention so you not only lose weight and feel great, but you look strong, feel strong and most importantly move well. We train the year-round lifestyle athlete!
one-on-one training
One-on-one training gives you an opportunity to experience our unique approach to fitness in a comfortable setting tailored to your specific needs. During these sessions, one of our coaches will work with you to accomplish your goals in the most efficient way possible. One-on-one is perfect for all trainees; whether you are new to exercise and aren’t quite comfortable in the gym or an elite athlete with very specific performance goals, we can help you.
semi-private group training
Experience all the individualized attention of one-on-one sessions but in a group setting of up to 3 individuals. Great for couples, friends, training partners, or even work colleagues. We cater the experience to the group.
