Dylan Perry
Hi! I'm Dylan. I am the manager and head coach of Pro Vita Fitness. I've been in the gym and playing sports my whole life, exploring all the avenues of fitness from olympic weightlifting to triathlons and everything in between. I have always thought of fitness as a way to enjoy life more outside of the gym, and my hope is always that my clients see results not just in numbers on the scale and on the bar, but in their everyday activities. My passion for coaching comes from helping people realize what they are capable of, and how strong they can be through consistency and hard work. Whatever you like to do, exercise can help!
I have always tried to stay well-rounded both in my own fitness and my coaching abilities. I believe technique and intent are the biggest keys when it comes to any exercise program, and I believe there is always more than one way to get the results you want. So whether you like barbells, kettlebells, or calisthenics, we can work towards YOUR goals through a program that YOU enjoy.
Outside of the gym, my biggest passion is playing the drums. I love the outdoors, rugby, cycling, snowboarding, and heavy metal.
