All of our memberships are month-to-month and include 24-hour access Open Gym. Please contact us or come into our Nashville fitness facility during staff hours to learn more about our membership rates. CrossFit memberships start from $150/month.
CrossFit Foundation Sessions
CrossFit Foundations is a 5-session class series designed to familiarize you with the basic movements that you will encounter in our CrossFit classes. Along with teaching you the exercises, we will also coach you on how to move your body so that you are able to properly and safely execute the movements. If you are brand new to CrossFit classes, completing Foundations must be done prior to joining our CrossFit classes in order to establish a base level of proper technique in the typical movements and exercises used in Pro Vita’s programming. Each workshop session is 45 minutes in length. The first introductory session is only $15 and the remaining 4 sessions can be purchased as a package for $80. Pro Vita’s Small Group Personal Training sessions are designed to improve strength and conditioning while decreasing body fat to build you a high-performance athletic physique. Session sizes are kept small with a maximum of 5 participants, so that each client is provided with a more individualized training experience, while still being able to have some fun with a few new friends.
Small Group Total Body Conditioning Sessions
Pro Vita’s Small Group Total Body Conditioning sessions take interval training up a notch by utilizing a variety of movement modalities and keeping the intensity individualized. Workouts include bodyweight movements, dumbbells, kettlebells, battle ropes, sleds, rowers, and recumbent bikes.
Small Group Barbell Strength Training Sessions
Pro Vita’s Small Group Strength Training sessions are focused, strength building sessions. The building blocks of strength – the Back Squat, Shoulder Press, and Deadlift are the mainstay of these sessions. Our instructors individually prescribe weights and set goals for gains over set domains of time in a safety-first environment.

One-on-One Personal Training Sessions
One-on-one training gives you an opportunity to experience our unique approach to fitness in a comfortable setting tailored to your specific needs. During these sessions, one of our coaches will work with you to accomplish your goals in the most efficient way possible. One-on-one is perfect for all trainees; whether you are new to exercise and aren’t quite comfortable in the gym or an elite athlete with very specific performance goals, we can help you.
Semi-Private Group Personal Training Sessions
Experience all the individualized attention of one-on-one sessions but in a group setting of up to 3 individuals. Great for couples, friends, training partners, or even work colleagues. We cater the experience to the group.
After completing a Foundation Workshop, or with prior CrossFit experience, members may participate in our CrossFit classes. By definition, CrossFit workouts are high intensity, involve varied movements, and focus on functional training. Classes are based on a pre-planned “workout of the day” (WOD). The WOD will be written up on a whiteboard prior to class as well as shared on our private Facebook group for members. Classes are 45 minutes in length.

Olympic Weightlifting Club
Pro Vita’s Weightlifting Club includes a 5 days per week Olympic Lifting Program (typically 6-9 week cycles), Remote & In-Person Coaching, dedicated weekday training hours in the morning and afternoons with lifting platform priority, mock in-house weightlifting meets, video analysis through Coach’s Eye app, Weightlifting meet preparation support and day of Meet support. Our Pro Vita Weightlifting Coaches are USAW certified and focus our training on developing and honing the Snatch and Clean & Jerk, while also building base strength and explosiveness. Whether you’re brand new to weightlifting or very experienced, this class will not fail to improve your skills, consistency, and performances long-term.
We understand having busy schedules, and know what it’s like to be stuck at work and unable to make it to your normally planned group fitness class. We solve this problem by offering Open Gym, which is available as a standalone membership as well as an included perk of any of the class memberships. This membership offers access to our facility 24/7, allowing complete freedom for your fitness schedule, which means fewer missed workouts and more gains.
